It may be one of the smallest rooms in the house but it can also be one that is regularly visited by guests.

    To create some storage in this cloakroom the Tyne corner vanity unit was selected. To make the room easy to clean we also fitted a W/C unit to house the pipework. This along with the pipework between the basin unit and W/C being boxed in made it easy to mop round. We also tile the floor and boxing for the same reason.

    To keep the room warm in winter a small radiator was installed and we redirected the pipework for this straight into the wall, this create clean finish.
